We are based in Gurugram and serve Delhi NCR — including Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad and the Delhi farmhouses. For destination weddings and events beyond the region, we travel with our team; simply mention your location when you enquire.

How far in advance should I book?

For weddings and large celebrations we recommend reaching out as early as possible — three to six months is ideal for peak season. Intimate dinners and smaller gatherings can often be arranged on shorter notice. We take on a limited number of events at a time to protect the quality of every experience, so early conversations are always best.

Yes. A private menu tasting is part of our process for weddings and larger events. Once we have shaped a menu around your preferences, we invite you to experience it before your celebration so every detail is exactly as you imagined.

Do you accommodate dietary requirements, Jain, vegan and allergies?

Absolutely. We maintain dedicated Jain and fully vegan menus, and we design around allergies, regional preferences and ritual requirements as a matter of course. No guest at a ZOVRYN table is ever an afterthought.

We cater everything from intimate private dinners to weddings of several hundred guests. Rather than a fixed minimum, we shape each engagement around the experience you want to create. Share your plans with us and we will advise honestly on the best approach.

Because every ZOVRYN experience is bespoke, pricing is tailored to your menu, guest count, service level and styling. After an initial consultation we prepare a considered proposal for your event. We compete on experience and craftsmanship rather than on being the cheapest option.

What does the booking process look like?

It begins with a consultation — in person, by phone or over video — where we understand your vision. From there we design a menu and proposal, host a tasting where relevant, confirm the details, and then manage everything through to the final clearance on the day. One dedicated point of contact throughout.

Do you handle styling, décor and beverages as well?

We design the full culinary presentation — buffet and station styling, grazing tables, tablescapes, crockery and glassware — and a complete beverage and mixology programme. We also coordinate closely with your décor, floral and planning teams so everything feels seamless.
